Solar Power Generation USA 2012

Solar Power Generation USA 2012 will take place on 31 January to 2 February 2012 at Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This renewable Green Power event is the event where people from the utility industry, Finance and solar technology will meet to discuss, network and get updated on current and future trends/issues of the field.

The three day conference will cover the three main areas of Solar Power: Concentrated Solar Power, CSP, Photovoltaic, PV, and Concentrated Photovoltaic, CPV. The first day of the conference will cover all general issues of Solar Power Generation and the comparison of the US market with the rest of the world. The second day’s sessions will cover the CSP, PV and CPV technologies and the third day will be devoted to roundtable discussions about Solar Power.

The speakers, more than 60, are experts in the fields and they enjoy a worldwide recognition and reputation. Last year’s event was attended by more than 350 professionals who apart from attending the conference sessions had the opportunity to network and promote their common interests.

Within this conference there will be two very interesting 1-day training sessions. The first one being on the ‘’Introduction of CSP and its coexistence with PV’’ and the second one on ‘’Integrating large scale PV into the energy Mix’’. Both training classes will be 8 hours classes and will give attendees the opportunity to get an introduction on these technologies.

Within the conference area there will be an exhibition area where exhibitors and sponsors will be able to promote new and innovative products and ideas.
