Power Options for the Eastern Mediterranean Region, POEM, 2012

All future energy related decisions and suggestions should involve and address sustainable development and efficient energy use. The Eastern part of the Mediterranean is currently facing significant challenges and undergoes critical developments in the area of energy.

The conference, Power Options for the Eastern Mediterranean Region, POEM 2012, that will take place from November 19th till the 21st, will address many of the current and future challenges that our societies face.  The conference will take place at the beautiful island of Cyprus, a member state of the European Union.

The POEM2012 Conference invites you to present your technical papers.

Deadline for the submission of abstracts is Abstracts must not exceed one page and should include title, author(s), affiliation, complete mailing address, telephone number, fax and e-mail address. All author correspondence will be via email. One additional page of figures may be included. The abstract must clearly state: the purpose of the work, the manner and degree to which it advances the state of the art, and specific results that have been obtained and their significance. Please submit your abstract as a MS-Word or pdf file attachment via email to the Conference Chair at email: apoullik@eac.com.cy.
